Eligibility:

Precept Home Improvement Services LLC proudly offers a 10% discount to active-duty military personnel and veterans (collectively referred to as "Heroes") who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Active-duty military personnel: Current members of the United States Armed Forces, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force and Coast Guard.
• Veterans: Individuals who have previously served in the United States Armed Forces, including those who have been honorably discharged.

To qualify for the discount, Heroes must provide valid identification or documentation confirming their active-duty status or veteran status. Acceptable forms of documentation may include military IDs, discharge papers, or other official military documents.

Discount Details:

The discount is applied to eligible products or services offered by Precept Home Improvement Services LLC. It does not apply to taxes, shipping fees, or other non-qualifying charges.

• The 10% discount is calculated based on the full retail price of the eligible services only before any applicable taxes or fees are added. 
• The military discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Verification:

•  Precept Home Improvement Services LLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers seeking the military discount. In the event that a customer's eligibility cannot be verified, the discount will not be granted.

Modification and Termination:

• Precept Home Improvement Services LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the military discount program at its sole discretion. Any changes to the program will be communicated through the website or other official channels.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana. Any disputes or legal matters arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state of Louisiana.
